The Human Element
In this section, you'll learn a variety of new throws. Chuck breaks down each throw by first teaching you the "grip" - and then showing you the proper way to "release" the disc to create multiple throws. You learn various throws with a Backhand Grip, Forehand Grip and Overhand Grip.
You will learn how to make your throws crisp with no wobble by cocking your wrist and creating more snap and spin on your disc with every throw.
Chuck will show you how to improve your game even off the field as he shares his secret group of hand exercises and workouts he does to be able to generate so much snap on his discs. He shows his favorite grip exercise tools and techniques.
