The Human Element
In this section, you'll learn a variety of new throws. Chuck breaks down each throw by first teaching you the "grip" - and then showing you the proper way to "release" the disc to create multiple throws. You learn various throws with a Backhand Grip, Forehand Grip and Overhand Grip.
