Seth Munsey knows fitness. Seth is a strength and conditioning professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (summa cum laude) from Cal State Fullerton. Seth is also the Director of Player Performance for the Disc Golf Pro Tour.

He runs Disc Golf Strong, a complete fitness program for Disc Golf athletes.

He was also a strength coach for the Anaheim Ducks NHL team.
